JT’s Event Logistics package includes:

  • CREATIVE THOUGHT PARTNER helping develop a theme that will excite guests.
  • VENUE IDENTIFICATION AND MANAGEMENT. JT provides venue recommendations, schedule up to five walk-throughs and provide an analysis, including photos, pricing and the pros and cons of each space. Once a space is selected, JT helps negotiate the contract and serves as liaison between the venue and organization.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION. Each venue requires different vendors including catering, décor, audio-visual, staging, valet and more. JT leverages its nearly 40 years of relationships to solicit competitive bids, negotiate contracts and serves as point of contact to ensure every detail is considered and flawlessly executed.
  • ONSITE STAFFING. JT creates a day-of staffing plan and is on-site from the moment the first vendor loads-in until the last loads-out. Our team quickly and calmly resolves any issues that may arise before, after or during an event.
  • REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT. JT sets-up and manages a registration system, provides daily registrant updates and oversees check-in volunteers. Or, can provide on-site check-in staff for an additional fee.
  • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND STAGE MANAGEMENT. JT helps conceptualize a compelling program, identifies speakers and entertainment and coordinates logistics in advance of and onsite for all program participants.
  • VIDEO PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY. JT’s in-house video production team creates compelling, message-driven videos that showcase an organizations mission. We also work with clients to develop a distribution strategy beyond the gala.
