Our People

Sr. Vice President

What would you be doing if you weren't working at JT?

It depends. If you’re talking about winning the lottery and not having to work, I’d be coaching baseball full time. I’ve been doing that with both my boys (age 21 and age 10) for going on 20 years. It’s one of my true joys.

Since joining JT in 1992, Dan has played a key role in advising and managing accounts across sectors ranging from retail, education, health care, energy, environment, transportation and public policy issues. He has worked on statewide and national media and event campaigns, as well as public policy issues throughout the Midwest.

During a 20-year career that has progressed from intern to senior vice president, Dan has helped lead successful statewide communications campaigns focused on legislative initiatives and regulatory reform. He has worked on land use and development issues, coordinated retail store openings and helped manage crisis communications for medical practices and manufacturers. Dan has successfully served myriad clients including Target, ComEd, the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, the Chicago Federation of Labor, the AFL-CIO, Northern Trust, Palos Community Hospital and the Village of Glenview.

A lifelong Chicago-area resident, Dan received a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePaul University, 1990.
