Madison joined JT in January 2016 after completing a five-month internship at the firm.

She works with a variety of clients at JT, including Special Olympics, Brookfield Zoo, Colorado State University-Global Campus, Knight Foundation and Blessings in a Backpack. Her work for Blessings in a Backpack included day-to-day communications support and developing materials for the organization’s website. She spearheaded outreach for Blessings in a Backpack Day, where mayors from across the country are invited to participate in backpack stuffing events in their community.

In early 2017, she played a vital role on the Chicago Cubs World Series Trophy Tour project team. In advance of each event to drive attendance and raise awareness of the Tour, Maddie drafted and distributed media materials, communicated with reporters, scheduled media interviews with Cubs representatives and also handled all on-site media relations for each event throughout the Midwest. Maddie’s work resulted in more than 376 media stories, including more nearly 200 television segments.

She graduated from the University of Alabama magna cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in public relations and communication studies. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Young Associates Board, an affiliated organization of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago that is committed to providing hope for children with brain tumors.
