Jessica provides senior counsel and leadership to support corporate, non-profit and government clients.
During the pandemic, Jessica led JT’s work on behalf of the Lake County Health Department to encourage COVID-19 vaccine hesitant individuals to consider getting vaccinated. She has led communications and media campaigns for a wide range of clients, including a statewide education reform group, a coalition of gun violence prevention advocates, a network of health and education leaders working to support K-12 mental health, and more.
As a member of JT’s crisis communications team, Jessica works with clients facing public scrutiny. Her clients have ranged from K-12 and higher education institutions, cultural organizations, human services providers, a national restaurant chain and more. Recently, much of her issues management and crisis work has included helping clients communicate around the impacts of COVID-19 on their business; addressing historical racial injustice within organizations; labor relations and political polarization.
Jessica’s practice areas also include authoring communications plans and message platforms; facilitating media and message training session for clients; and supporting JT’s special event division.
Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in public relations from Marquette University. She serves on the Board of the Chicago Area Public Affairs Group and is former co-chair of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce’s Emerging Leaders Forum and current Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board member.
